Interview with Lisa, Bill and Ron

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Lisa: 3
Bill: 3
Ron: 3

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Lisa: 4-Not that great
Bill: 3 on a scale of 1 - 10
Ron: Actually very good, just no plentiful. If it wasn't for commissary I would have always been starving. But cheeseburgers and fry's. Pancakes and sausage, Meatloaf & mashed potato's and corn...Stir fry, Soup like very good soup, stuff I would buy soup, actually some of the best soup I have ever had soup. With a sandwich(turkey, bologna, pb&j, even freaking salami w/chz, and grilled chz) And it was always freshly cooked, fresh ingredients and always served very hot.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Lisa: No
Bill: They were all pretty much the same - a couple slices of bread, some sort of corn meal, milk and a fruit.
Ron: Favorite- Turkey sand w/ broccoli cheese soup. 4 crackers, a juice, and sliced pears...The chz burger french frys, hot dog, potato chips and cookie pack was the biggest. Least- Some sweet and sour rice crap with applesauce..That was the only bad one I had..

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Lisa: No
Bill: You could purchase 1 x per week.
Ron: Whatever you wanted to buy. On the list...I liked Pork Rinds, Peanut Butter Bars, and Atomic Fire Balls, and Jalapeno Chz Sauce myself.
